Job Description
We are currently seeking a full time Cook.
Major responsibilities include:

Prep food item to be ready to go on the line

Review recipoes prior to preparation of food

Assure that all food procedures are followed

Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary

Follow all sanitation guidelines
-
Become familiar with new menu items/dishes
-
Help with any other things needed in the kitchen (dishes, cleaning, stocking, etc...)
Requirements
-
Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience preferred
-
Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
-
Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
-
Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements
-
Must have or get a Food Service Sanitation Certificate
